Checking out of the Corps can take at most 2 days or at least 3 months.
As a short-timer, someone with little time left in their contract, you can get away with a lot. Most short timers choose the latter option. If you’re checking out of the Corps, chances are, you’re sick of their bullshit. The almighty Corps Checkout sheet will get you out of so much bullshit. It’s like what holy water is to a vampire.
They got theirs so you might as well get yours.
Semper I, fuck the other guy.
Taking forever to check out since 1779.
Ha ha it used to be that way at our shop, but as time goes on they hav me on lock down. All day every day. But I know damn well when they all go to check out they will be nowhere to be found. Figures.
So how is K doing? In school I assume?
School, yes. I will update eventually.
I was only allowed to have the sheet 2 weeks before I checked out. I crammed it all into 2 days. So two days of checking out, twelve days of sleeping in till 1100, eating from 1130 to 1230. Gym time from 1300 to 1500. After that I would go watch a movie in the theater, eat at a fast food joint, hit the beach and by 1930 I was in my house getting hammered. By midnight I was blacked out. Best two weeks of my Marine Corps experience.
man wtf!!!!! when i was in i got my checkout sheet 1 week before i went on terminal leave!!!! and it was a battalion policy. i think it took like 3 actual days to do it all.
I fixed the comics. When ComicPress updated, the blog folder was switched with the comic folder for some reason.
